Outreach crafter

Write drafts for one person or a whole buying committee at the company open in the Prospector.

In Prospect Research, open a company and click Craft Outreach. You can also click the pen icon on any person in the DealMap to jump straight to writing for them.

1. Choose recipients

Step 1: choose who the outreach is for.
  • A specific person: search everyone mapped at the company by name, title, or role. Buying-committee top picks are starred and listed first.
  • Buying committee: tick the roles to reach and set how many ranked people per role (1 to 5). Uncheck anyone to skip them; the next person in line takes their place.
  • General message: a message with no specific recipient, for when no one is mapped yet.
Choosing a buying committee: two people for this role. Person B is unchecked, so Person C takes the second slot.

No people listed?

Run Find Buying Committee for the company first. The crafter uses the same people as the DealMap.

2. Choose the message

  1. Pick a template. The product’s default comes first, and each template shows its channel and format. Templates you’ve switched off are under “Show more.”
  2. If the template has custom values, adjust them for this batch. The template itself doesn’t change.

Tone and length come from the template’s instructions, so there’s nothing else to set. Each person’s buying-committee role and title steer their message, for example business impact for an economic buyer, or something shareable for a champion, but the message never mentions the role or title.

3. Review a batch

When you’re writing for more than one person, a review shows everyone grouped by role, the template and channel, any changed template values, and the total number of messages and credits. Nothing is charged until you click Write.

4. Work with drafts

Each draft can be copied as text, or as structured JSON for an AI agent or CRM.
  • Drafts are written two at a time. Stop keeps finished drafts, lets any in progress finish, and doesn’t start the rest; failed drafts can be retried.
  • Copy email (or Copy message for LinkedIn) copies the subject and body; each part also has its own copy button.
  • Refine rewrites an AI-written draft from the evidence you choose.
  • Why this draft lists the evidence behind it, with links to each source.
  • Thumbs up or down tells us which templates work, per template version.

Hand drafts to an agent or CRM

Copy for agent (or Copy all for agent) copies structured JSON built from data already on screen: the recipient’s name, title, buying role, email and LinkedIn URL when known, the message, the template, and the evidence. Paste it into an AI agent or an import script.
