Outreach in DealSurface
Turn a prospect's verified buying signals into messages for the right people, in your team's voice.
How it fits together
Outreach has two parts:
- Templates decide how a message reads: its format, channel, voice, and any reusable values like a calendar link. Your team shares a library, and you can keep personal templates too.
- The outreach crafter lives in the Prospector. It writes drafts for the company you have open, for one person or for several members of its buying committee at once.
Every draft is grounded in the company’s verified evidence. The recipient’s buying-committee role and title shape what each message emphasizes, but the message never names them. DealSurface never sends anything: you copy each draft into your email, LinkedIn, CRM, or AI agent.
Write your first draft
- Open Prospect Research and select a company that has evidence.
- Optional: click Find Buying Committee so the crafter can show names, roles, and top picks.
- Click Craft Outreach, choose who it’s for, pick a template, and write.
Every team starts with two built-in templates, DealSurface Default (email) and DealSurface Default · LinkedIn, so you can draft before creating any of your own.
Credits
AI-written drafts and refinements use 1 credit each. Fixed-text templates are free unless they include the optional AI opener (1 credit). You’re only charged for drafts that are actually written.
